Terms of use.
ozyy is an independent platform created by Ozy. Anthropic provides supported foundation models and MWAPI provides API access. Neither is represented as endorsing ozyy.
Using the workspace
Use your own verified identity and keep sign-in codes private. You are responsible for the prompts and files you submit. Do not submit information you lack permission to share, interfere with the service, bypass usage controls, or use the platform for unlawful activity. Applicable upstream provider usage policies also apply to requests sent through those providers.
Free access and fair use
Access is free within the allowances shown in your account. Request, token, model, and platform spending limits may restrict availability. No user payment or subscription is collected in this version. Limits and model availability may change. ozyy can restrict accounts for abuse or pause requests to protect the platform budget.
Moderation
To investigate abuse, protect other users or enforce these terms, the platform owner may review conversations, access accounts, end sessions, and ban accounts, IP addresses or address ranges, with or without notice. Moderation access is logged. The Privacy Policy describes what is collected for this purpose.
AI output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Review it before relying on it. ozyy does not provide professional advice or promise an outcome. Generated code is displayed for you to review and is never executed automatically.
Availability
The backend depends on the operator’s Windows computer, power, internet connection, and external providers. Interruptions can occur. The frontend reconnects automatically, but interrupted AI requests require your manual retry and may count toward usage even when incomplete.
Your information
The Privacy Policy explains storage, processing, exports, sharing, deletion, and backup retention. You control whether to create public links. Anyone with a shared link may retain a copy of the displayed information.
Before public launch
These service terms describe this implementation and require operator review for the deployed service and applicable obligations. Public AI access stays disabled until the operator confirms MWAPI permits the intended service model.
